Boasting 32 acres of grounds and woodland our boutique Georgian Hall consists of 20 beautifully appointed guest rooms, a variety of elegant and traditional reception rooms, a Pavilion marquee housing upto 300 guests, all matched with a team of professionals all of whom are on hand to making your event a memorable one.

The diversity of our venue allows us to offer a variety of spaces and packages to suit your exacting requirements. We are proud of our bespoke approach and will work with you into bringing your event dreams to reality. Whether it’s a hire of the entire venue on an exclusive basis or a small intimate boutique affair, Caistor Hall has the ability to be all things to all events.

Our team are on hand to guide you through the event process and working alongside them are a team of dedicated affiliate theming, dressing and catering partners to add in that extra bit of inspiration if needed.

The Pavilion

Located amongst the grounds and woodlands in the immediate curtilage of Caistor Hall The Pavilion is the perfect venue for those who looking for an exclusive and scenic setting. Housing upto 300 guests comfortably The Pavilion offers the versatility to be dressed and themed to all tastes and this coupled with the elegance and tradition of the Pavilion structure makes for a beautiful event all round.

The Ballroom

Within the main house you can find The Ballroom. Once used as such when owned by Gentry, The Ballroom is our boutique space accommodating upto 70 people comfortably. With high ceilings, garden views and direct access out to the manicured main lawn The Ballroom lends itself for a beautiful boutique sized event.

The Garden Room is located in the main house and is an intimate space for those looking for small private celebrations. Beautiful high ceilings with working fires and views of the gardens make this room an enviable option to host your intimate event.

Palm Court

Popular for hosting ceremonies Palm Court is an ideal option for the staging of the main ceremony. Located to the side of the building within the main house the elongated layout and partial balcony, Palm Court lends itself perfectly for the aisle setting of any ceremony.

We pride ourselves on our bespoke approach to your special day and our team will work with you to provide you with an array of catering delights for you to choose from. Ranging from small intimate wedding breakfasts of Afternoon Tea and lighter options right the way through to a full banqueting affair, we have you covered.
